UNBEATEN INAZAWA BLASTS OUT KOREAN OPPONENT IN ONE

OSAKA, JAPAN-Unbeaten local prospect Toshiyuki Inazawa(right photo), 159, needed just 2:10 of the opening session to dispose of Korean #5 super-welter Jongsun Lee(left photo), 159 1/4, in a scheduled 10.

LEE Inazawa, Japanese #4 middle contender, had won the national final of Novice King tournaments to be entitled to enter the Japanese top ten. Inazawa dropped the Korean with a strong left jab for the compulsory 8 count, and sank him again with a wicked straight right for the count. Lee fell to 3-10-2, 3 KOs.

Undercard:

JBC #6 ranked super-light Kiyoshi Adachi, 139 1/2, displayed a one-punch KO of Hideyuki Furuhashi, 139 1/2, at 1:13 of the second canto in a supporting ten. Adachi bettered his mark to 17-5-1, 12 KOs, and Furuhashi fell to 13-12-1, 9 KOs.
