TOKYO, JAPAN-WBC #19 flyweight Daisuke Naito (21-1-2, 15 KOs), 114, kept stalking negative and defensive Teppei Kikui (13-3, 2 KOs), 114.25, all the way, winning a unanimous decision over 10 in Tokyo.
It was a lousy fight despite the crowdfs expectation chiefly because of the Japanese #5 super-fly Kikuifs terrible lack of action all the way. Naito, annihilated in just 34 seconds in his ambitious crack at the WBC 112-pound belt by Pongsaklek Wonjongkam last April, remained aggressive, if not accurate, in stalking the defensive opponent.
