KURASHIKI, JAPAN-Ex-OPBF interim 130-pound champ Kazunori Fujita (16-3, 9 KOs), 132.25, battered soft-punching peak-a-boo stylist Koji Narita (8-5-4, 2 KOs) to earn a majority but well-received decision (98-93, 98-97 and 97-97) over 10 in Kurashiki, Japan.

This victory decided Fujitafs non-title bout with the WBC #3 ranked current OPBF 130-pound champ Randy Suico, a Filipino with a 19-0, 17 KOs mark, in Tokyo on June 21.

Undercard:

Japanese #6 ranked lightie Hideki gDragonh Shudo (19-6-1, 12 KOs), 135, was awarded a controversial technical decision over unranked Thailander Petcharoon Orsorapon (6-4, 1 KO), 130.25, at 2:54 of the 9th round. The Thailander decked him with a beautiful left-right combination, had Shudofs tooth out of the mouth with his accurate shots, and appeared to have had the upper hand.
