FIGHTING HARADA RECOVERS WELL

February 5, 2005

TOKYO, JAPAN-Masahiko gFightingh Harada, ex-world flyweight and bantamweight champion when there were no junior classes nor many sanctioning bodies in 1960s, recovers so soundly that he can speak and move well despite a brain surgery on January 24. Harada is still in hospital after the blood clot was removed after a brain hemorrhage that happened the day before. Great many boxing fans in the world warmly sent here their messages to inquire his condition and pray for his recovery, which we appreciate very much. Harada, with his potential strength, is coming back well though he may stay in hospital for about a month.
