TOKYO, JAPAN-The WBA bantamweight title bout between Wladimir Sidorenko of Ukraine and Japanese challenger Manabu Fukushima scheduled on June 4 has been postponed, as the champ suffered a fracture of the right thumb during his workout on Tuesday. Sidorenko was supposed to arrive here in Tokyo on May 28, but Universum Box-Promotion informed that Sidorenko became unable to come and fight as scheduled. Upon the champfs recovery it will be re-scheduled in October or November here in Tokyo. The dejected Fukushima will fight a tune-up bout against Filipino Tata Polinar on behalf of Sidorenko at the Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, on June 4.
