Unless otherwise designated, the following bouts took place in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.

KRABI, THAILAND-KENKAOSAEN KAOWICHIT, flyweight champ of PABA (Pan Asian Boxing Federation which belongs to the WBA), kept his regional title by outscoring PABA light fly champ YURA DIMA, Mongol, over 12.

Mongolian TORNADO CHUVAN chalked up a 6th round TKO win over TBC #6 ranked feather EKARAT 13-RIENTOWER (Yes, this is his ring name) in 2.

Unranked Thailander LOUSTHAI MAIMUANGKORN, now 4-5, outpointed Japan's NOBUTO TAKAHASHI over 6.

Unranked DEEDEN PRARAM-9 PLAZA (Also yes, this is his ring name), now 9-4, 6 KOs, easily finished Japan's KENBO NAKANOGYM in 1. Probably this Japanese may be a novice who turned pro in Thailand.

WBC #4 super-feather and ex-WBC bantam champ SIRIMONGKOL NAKORNTORN-PARKVIEW, 21-1, 7 KOs, decisioned Filipino JUN BALABAT over 10. Sirimongkol drastically moved up to the 130-pound division after he forfeited his WBC 118-pound crown to Joichiro Tatsuyoshi in Osaka in 1997.

WBC #27 light fly RITICHAI KIATPRAPAS, 19-4, 12 KOs, outscored unranked compatriot WIHOK JOCKYGYM over 6.

Mongolian HURRICANE CHULAN seized the vacant PABA minimum (AKA mini-fly) title on a technical decision over Indonesian champ JULIO BASEZ in the 8th of a scheduled 12.

Mongolian SEREEM NEMEKBAYA scored a first round TKO victory over unranked Thailander BANLAAC SAKTAWEE.

WBC #24 ranked light fly PONSAWAN 3K-BATTERY stretched his unbeaten ledger to 16-0, 4 KOs, by outpointing Indonesian WILLIAM ADUYUA in 8.

Ex-OPBF fly champ CHOKCHAI 3K-BATTERY, WBC #12 ranked flyweight, TKO'd unranked KIAT SAENSURAKOT in 3. Chokchai is 39-4, 18 KOs.

Remarks: When this reporter visited Korea to cover a card on January 30, I heard that a Korean ex-amateur prospect named SUNGROK CHOI scored a first round KO win over this Chokchai 3K-Battery (though the WBC still spells his name as Chokchai Chokviwat) in January.
